HOWELL,
Rlt'OlNf MAH49CI)
Vie have exhaustively examined the circulation hooks and
ceeotds of The Georgian, have had our men watch counting mechanism,
i always selecting days when' we were not expected. \ye have had the
accuracy of the counting mechanism proven by actual physical count
'made by two of our own men. We have had free and complete access
to its entire plant, and no attempt has been made by anybody
» ' :
connected with The Georgian to indicate how we should investigate
- its circulation.
, V/e find that the average daily Circulation ofi The 3
Georgian, since it began publication, has been over 22,900 and that
its actual circulation for Oc.tober--was in excess of 23,000. i
V/e further'find, from the-press records and by;veri-fyin£
the amount of paper used in producing The Geprgian during the
l . ' . '
month of October, 1906., that the daily'average wa3 26,091, but
since returns which are not all in, and other deductions,, make it
necessary to accept statements for-this latter figure, which we
-A
cun not absolutely vouch, v/e give 23,000 Circulation, for which
we have had absolute-foots.
Respectfully submitted,
\
Have you ever advertised in
paper that could do this?
