On the corners of tho table there were crystal candle sticks and placed ut intervals thero were crystal bonbon dishes that held pink candles and cakes, on the serving table and mantels tall vase* held pink roses and the candle sticks hud pink shades. During the evening an orchestra pre sented a bright program. .Mrs. Outely wore an imported gown of white net. embroidered In pale, green end heliotrope colored threads. Kite carried a bouquet of American beauty roses. Alls* ftonkln was much admired in a sown of white satin made empire und embroidered in gold. The short sleeves .were of gold-threaded lace.
