wife. This Fleishman denied.
Tha question of ownership of the
dog will be settled In a justice court
Wednesday afternoon.

two men will spend their holidays be
hind the bars of the county Jail, as
other prisoners.

charge which revealed traces of Insan
ity, was yesterday adjudged a fit sub
ject for the state sanitarium before

away at once. James la 17 years old
