The bulls are predicting that, with the ushering In of the new year, there le going to come a sudden and very* great falling off In the movemett, but that cotton will begin to pile up at New York very rapidly. They, assert that the congestion In the Hontb has made it necessary to neglect the shipment of cotton this wey to got the cotton for ward that had to go to the mills, and that very shortly now the low grade cot ton will begin to move thl* way. Few traders teem to believe that there will lie a revision of grade* at this time, although the fight to aecure one seems to hpve only tiegun. The disposition seems to I* to switch straddle business to distant months as much am possible, and this does not look as If the men who ore doing this expect a revision.
