Tuesday Morning, 9 O* Clock,
Suit Department '
We have no apologies to make for June weather in January—leave that to the weather man—he will find
his balance sooner or later, and venturesome peach blossoms will regret their early advent.
In other words, the days for coats are not over—not by sixty or ninety days. And these are the styles
of the moment, both in the fashioning and the weaves. As a matter of fact three dozen came in this
very morning by express, but since we’ve said “all coats" we include 4:heim
Black cloth coats trimmed with fancy silk braids and applications of silk cord about the neck and
cuffs, handsomely trimmed throughout with satin Coats in fancy mixed weaves, the plaids in grays, tan
and green effects. The full length ample, stylish creations, that have combined good lines with comfort
In the lot are also a few “automobile" coats with attached hoods lined with fancy plaid silks.
