and ends, broken ’lines and incomplete sets of fine edges, flounc
ings, bands and-insertions. These we have gathered into one
lot and will put them on sale in the morning on a special center
table. '
The collection includes exquisite and exclusive blind anc
openwork effects on Swiss cambric and nainsook; “embroideries
appropriate for waists, dresses and underwear. 1 All are more or
less soiled and mussed from display, but are otherwise un
damaged. • ‘ -
. Pieces range from 2 1-4 to 15 yards in length 5 the longer
pieces will be cut if desired. Not a piece of these embroideries
was ever offered at less than 25c; the majority are 40c and 50c
