A stinging letter has been written to
every physician In the city of Atlanta
by Dr. Kennedy, chief health officer of
Atlanta. In regard to their neglect In
reporting blrtha.
Dr. Kennedy doesn’t mince words,
bur'fays that for every offense in full
ing to report births he will make
caaf. and have the offending physician
tried and punished by the recorder.
