Re*olved, That the Superintendent of the Western A
Atlantic Railroad be requested to give notice by publica
tion or otherwise, to ail parties having claims against
the Road that are willing to have them submitted tor an
arbitration, to the Committee of the Legislature appoint
ed to investigate the condition of the Road, to be pres
ent in Atlanta on the 4th day of January next, with wit
nesses, to proceed with the investigation of their claims.
