oi the Committee, to-wit.
"Resolved, That the Superintendent of the Western ft
Atlantic Railroad be requested to give notice by publica
tion or otherwise, to ail parties having claims against
the Road that are willing to have them submitted lor an
arbitration, to the Committee of the Legislature appoint
ed to investigate the condition ot the Road, to be pres
ent in Atlanta on the 4th day of January next, with wit
nesses, to proceed .with the investigation of their chums.
