the sole object of which is to obtain granite by quarrying,

mutual profit; and for this purpose your petitioners have
purchased the tract of land in the county last mentioned,
containing one thousand acres, more or less, known as
“the Stone Mountain tract.” and have agreed that the
capital stuck shall be fifty thousand dollars, divided into
fifty share* of one thousand dollars each, of which ten
per cent, has been actually paid in, and that the Aseocia
lion thus formed shall be incorporated. Wherefore.your
petitioners pray an order of this Court creating them,
and their associates, a body corporate and politic, under

rated at Stone Mountain, in the county of DeKalb afore
said, under tliu name and style of “The Stone Mountain
Enterprise Association,” the sole object of which is to
Invest that point (Stone Mountain) with numerous in
terests, Important to tile general welfare of the state,
to-ivlt: Build a hotel, make It the watering place of the
State and the South, encourage the building ot colleges,
in order to make it an ■ durational point, and other pur
poses that the Association may deem proper to under
take.
The capital stork oftlie Association will be twenty-
four thousand dollars, divided into twenty-four shares of
one thousand dollars each, twenty-five percent, of which
has already been paid in ; with the privilege of increas
ing the capital stock to fifty thousand dollars: hihI that
the Association thus formed shall be incorporated.
Wherefore, your petitioners pray an order of this
Court, cieating them and their associates a body corpor
ate and politic, under the name mid style aforesaid, ac
