PINK WITH WHITE MARGUERITES
DRINT organdies hold a prominent
L place la the fashions of the seu
son. They are of line textures and
exquisite colorings. Pastels are used
for dance frocks, dainty printing of
designs In one color and floral pat
terns which lend an urge to the hand
some girl to hie herself to the mil
liners and invest In one of the ever
popular leghorn hats decorated with
a wide velvet ribbon streamer. Some
of the well-liked color effects are pro
duced by a white ground besprinkled
with gay flornl patterns, and a wide
spacing separating the figures. Polka
dots nre charming and I lie smaller
plaid patterns are splendid for chil
dren’s dresses.
Among the ensembles of the present
summer season, printed crepes are
prominent. Numerous individual color
schemes are possible from the great
collection. Brown backgrounds with
green colorings in dainty all-over
effects, necktie patterns and prints
with decidedly irregular motif scat
tered over the background, are
notnlde designs. Yellow with navy,
wtiite and red, and various other com
binations of colors in flornl prints nre
much in evidence. These floral prints
in chiffon nre in such vast numbers, It

tion that our county lias had to face
this year, In the matter of road con
struction, and bridge* building we have
had to use considerable more money
than we had anticipated and as a con
sequence, we are ohllgcsl in order to
meet the obligations soon due urge the
tax payers of the county to settle
their taxes at least by Decemlier the
20th, as tin* tax books cclose that date;
and El Fas will he Issued at once.
