MERRY CHRISTMAS
At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors on Dec* 6th, a 12
per cent Dividend was declared, payable to Stockholders
as of record December 15th.
It is true that 1929 is not a banner year, but the earnings of our bank
will run around 15 per cent and our collections have been unusual
ly good. In fact, we will have 1 to v carry over a very small amount
which will be well secured.
THIS BANK HAS NEVER FAILED TO PAY ITS STOCKHOLDERS AN ANNUAL
DIVIDEND AND DURING THE PAST 10 YEARS HAVE PAID 74 Per Cent IN
DIVIDENDS AMOUNTING TO $37,000.00. During this time, we have charged off
out of our earning all losses caused from 1920 operations.
Today, we have $50,000.00 Capital, $50,000.00 Surplus; We also
have ample cash and liquid assets to meet every dollar on deposit.
