Thompsons, Moores
Win Light Contest
First place winners in the
Christmas lighting contest, jud¬
ged Monday night, were the
Lamar Moores and the Rudolph
Thompsons.
Second place winners in the
two divisions were the Homer
Reeds and the F. H. Burns.
The Moores, in the doorway
division, used a hand made dis¬
play featuring a gold back¬
ground with three dimention,
under “Hark, the Herald Angek:
Sing.”
In the Outside division, the
Thompsons used the message,
Merry Christmas from the
Thompsons,” on the door
in the yard were three reindeer
in three sies bearing the names,
Rudolph, Betty and Sandra.
Rudolph, of course, had a shin¬
ing nose.
The Reeds door was covered in
white with a wide red bow, giv¬
ing the appearance of a Christ¬
