Popular Spring Baptist Church
plans to present a Christmas
program, Wednesday night, Dec
ember 23.
Bryant Methodist Church will
present a Chirstmas play, Tues
day night, Dec. 22.
On Christmas Eve night, Wood
lawn Baptist Church will hold
a Christmas carol service, poems
by the little children, a play by
the older children called
“Christmas Wishes,” and a spe¬
cial play, “Bethlehem Inn,” by
the adults. Everyone is welcome.
There will be gifts for all at the
Christmas tree.
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Ballard.
Hooker, Tenn. announce the
marriage of their daughter,
Beulah Sue, in a church wed¬
ding, Thursday, evening, Dec.
I7th. Evangelist Joe E. Mayhew
officiated in the Hooker Church
of Christ. After the reception at
her parents the newlyweds went
to Nashville on a honeymoon.
Mac Davis is home from col¬
lege for a Christmas vacation.
Mrs. Helen Grant is visiting
Mrs. Juanita Schroder who is on
the mend from serious burns.
Miss Joyce Lambert has re¬
turned home to Tiftonia after
visiting her grandparents, Mr.
and Mrs. J. M. Lambert.
