newspaper that a man threw a
in a fight. Could it be posible?
In all probability what you read
is true, as we once heard of an auc
tioneer knocking down an elephant.
It was quite a vehicle marriage,
Now this title none could re
proach;
For she was a girl of fine carriage
And he was the college coach.
There was a young Latin from Mocho
Who got the idea in his Coco,
That water was pure
In spite of the sewer,
That ran right in front of his Loco.

Refrigerator, becomes a real treat! Just
a simple salad has an added zest when it
is chilled to the proper point of crisp
ness! In fact, ordinary meals assume
somewhat the nature of a function
when thorough chilling has given food
new flavor.
And parties, whether they’re planned
or impromptu, are made easy for the
hostess and pleasant for the guests, when
there’s a General Electric Refrigerator.
For the planned party, there are so
many easy-to-make and rather surpris
ingly effective mousses and parfaits.
And there are frozen fruits, salads, and
aspics that have a most festive air.
For the impromptu party, there can al
ways be drinks and fruits chilled to per
fection. And, at all times, there are
plenty of those gleamingly clear ice
cubes . . . made from the same pure
water you drink.
The machinery of the General Electric
is located up and away from floor dirt
and sealed in a steel casing. The circu
lation of air through the coils prevents
dust from settling. There is no oil any
