CREAMED SHRIMP
By Mrs. G. Heindel Mobley
2 tbsp. butter.
2 tbsp. flour.
1 1-2 cups milk.
1 can shrimp.
1 lemon.
Worchestershirc sauce.
Make u sauce of butter, flour and
milk—add rhrimp, lemon diced and
Wcrchcstershirc sauce to taste.
Pimiento—Cheese Roast
Run 2 cupfuls of cooked lima
beans, 1-2 pound cream cheese and
3 canned pimentos through a meat
chopper. Mix thoroughly and add
bread crumbs enough to make a stiff
roll. Brown in oven, basting occas
ionally with butter and milk.

S. C. W. summer school, has per
fected arrangements with the Cen
tra! Railroad to run a special train
to Atlanta Tuesday morning, in
.der to give the teachers attending
the summer school an opportunity
attend the N. E. A. convention. The
train will leave this city at 7:15 A.
M., and returning leave Atlanta at
11:30 P. M. The round fare trip
will be $3.00.
Dr. Scott has announced that
should any Milledgcvillc citizens
wish to go to Atlanta on that date,
an opportunity will bfc open to them
to go on the train at the same fare.
They are requested to communicate
with him not later than noon Satur
day.
