the purpose of holding the fourth
quarterly conferences of the Metho
dist churches.
The fourth quarterly conference
is most important to the churches,
as the year’s work is brought to a
clo e as near as possible, report are

ence will be held at Hopewell church
Saturday. Dr. Dempsey will preach
in the morning at half-post eleven

The Milledgeville circuit is coin-
p- ed of the following churches:
Bethel. Pleasant Grove. Stevens
lottery. Union Hill. Hopewell and
Montpelier, with Rev. J. H. Farr
Mr. Farr has served as pastor of
the Milledgeville Circuit six years,
and has established himself in the
confidence and esteem of the mem
bers of his congregations.

Dr. Dempsey will fill the pulpit of
the Milledgeville Methodist church
Sunday morning, at 11:80 o’clock.
Dr. Dempsey served .as pastor of this
church four years, and has a large
number of friends here, who are al
ways glad to hear him.
