securing an indebtedness of Five

debt is evidenced by a note dated
October 15, 1924, payable on October
10, 1925, Said note being signed by
the raid Mrs. Mary W. Grimes, and
bearing interest at the rate of 8 per
cent per annum from its date. The

The power of sale in said deed will
be exercised by Exchange Bank, by
reason of the fact that said principal
note for Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars was not padi when same ma
tured and still remains unpaid; and
by reason of the fact that no interest
said note has been paid since
Spetember 20, 1929, and by further
reason of the fact that the taxes due
said property have not been paid.
Mrc. Mary W. Grimes having de
parted this life, since the execution
of said deed to secure debt and note,
tract of land above described
will be sold as the property of the
Estate of the said Mrs. Mary W.
Grimes, and for the purpose of pay
ing the indebtedness above described.
Said indebtedness boinsr in the prin
cipal amount of Five Hundred Dol
lars plus interest, at the rat© of 8
per cent per annum, from the 20th
day of September, 1929. The pro
ceeds of said sale wiU be applied to
the payment of said note and interest
due thereon, and the balance if *ny
will be paid over to the personal
representative of the said Mrs. Mary
