With three houses now under con
struction, a number of repainting
remodeling jobs ir. progress, and
several other homes to be construct
ed, Milledgeville is enjoying a build
ing boom.
Tne home of Mr. Lee McCoy on
Wall street is nearing completion
and will be occupied on June 1st.
This new brick heme is one of the
most attractive in the city.
Mr. Grady Villyard has near com
pletion a beautiful new bungalo on
the river road. This home is a new
addition to this section.
Mr. Davis Carr has under con
struction a new brick home on Ennis
Heights. This home will be com
pleted in the curly summer.
The Messrs. Baris and Ellis Good
rich plnn the construction of two
new homes in West end.
Mr. William Fraley is remodeling the
Fred Ha ugh building on Wayne
street. Mr. R. H. Woottcn will make
improvements on the Fraley
building before moving in Septem
ber. The Olhman building will be
