Miss Virginia Hudson, of Vidalia, has been dismissed from the Scott FOREIGN MISSION OBSERVED BY WOMAN’S AUXILIARY. The week of prayer and self de nial for Foreign Missions will be ob served by the Woman’s Auxiliary of the First Presbyterian church from Nov. 3rd to 10th. Meetings will be held each afternoon at 3:30 P. M., at the church except Wed- Athens nesday. A meeting will be held at the church at 7:30 in the evening l Wednesday. There will net be a meeting on Saturday. MISS BLANCHE GREEN ENTERTAINS BRIDGE CLUB. The members of her bridge club were mest delightfully entertained by Miss Blanche Green on Tuesday evening at the Baldwin Hotel. Pre- cceding the games, a delirious din ner was served. The Hallowe’en color scheme was carried out in the effective way. The guests played bridge until late in the evening.
