There is a good deal com- I ing into market. Cotton on the River banks is l-4e. I below that which is offered in the streets. Savannah. Sept. 22. Cotton. — The sales yesterday were 75 bales, viz. : I 17 at 10 1-4, 12 at 10 1-2, 28 at 10 s*B, and IS at 10 I7 8 cts. There is a moderate supply on hand, and I holders are disposed to sell at present prices, but there I are few purchasers in the market. Charleston, Sept. 20. Cotton.—Sales to-day 100 bales at 8 1-2 a 10 3 8. VVE are authorized to announce F. G. WILKINS Ia candidate for Sheriff'of Muscogee County, at the ensu ing election in January next.
