in the month, between the hours of ten in the forenoon and

the property is situate. Notices of these sales must be given in
a public gazette forty days previous to the day of sale.

Notice to Debtors and Creditors of an Estate must be publish

Notice that application will be made to the Court of Ordinary
for leave to sell Land or Negroes, must be published weekly for

Rules for Foreclosure of Mortgage must be published monthly
far four months— for establishing lost papers, for the full space
of three months —for compelling titles from Executors or Admin
istrators, where a bond lias been given by the deceased, the full
space of three months.

legal requirements,unless otherwise ordered.

settlement oflands on which Sterling G. Rodgers resided at the

225 acres open and improved lands. Said lands are situated some

Chambers ; and tlie said Nathaniel Bartlett having departed this
life witliou (executing titles to said lot of land, or providing in
any way for the same. And it further appearing that the said Ber

said lot of land; and the said Berrien having petitioned tins
