Richmond Republican, of Dec. 24th, 1852, gay that Car
tor’s Spanish Mixture is no quack medieide.
They had a man in theit press room who wasaillieted
with violent mercurial rheumatism, who was continually
complaining of misery in the back, limbs and joints;—his
eyes had become feverish and mattery, neck swollen, throat
sore, and aU the symptoms of rheumatism, combined with
Scrofula. Two bottles of Carter’s Spanish -Mixture cur
ed him, and, in an editorial notice aa above, they bear tes
timony to its wonderful effects, and sav their only regret
i3, that all suffering ‘with diseases of thu blood are not
aware of the existence of such a medicine. They cheer
fully recommend it.

GEORGIA SARSAPARILLA,
A Pure and Unadulterated Article.
For Diseases of the Liver and to Purify the Blood.
npHIS Sarsaparilla is a pure Hydro-Alcoholic Extract, made
of the Sarsaparilla which grov/s in the Southern States,
and nothing else. It has the natural Sarsaparilla taste. Its
effects upon the system, in all cases in which Sarsaparilla is
indicated, is wonderful. Generally it acts upon the bowels as
a mild purgative or laxative. It not only mildly moves the
-bowels but* gives tone to the system, by restoring a healthy con
dition in the Liver, and by freeing the blood from its impuri
ties. How much better would the health of children be did
parents give them the Georgia Sarsaparilla, in pref
erence to so much oily or poisonous drugs. It would, be a pro
ventive of worms, and a great safe-guard against disease.
This Sarsaparilla is not to be sold on commission. Cath Or
ders and those who have aided in furnishing the means forma
king the preparation will have the preference.
