4 Plead, Are Sentenced
In Superior Court
JEFFERSON - The following
people pled guilty and were sen
tenced in the Superior Court of
Jackson County recently:
•Carlos Capestany, manufac
turing marijuana, $7,000 fine,
$3,000 restitution, six years con
finement, waive fourth amend
ment rights and banished from
Georgia except for Seminole
County.
• Raul Dominguez, obstruction,
nine months confinement, $200
fine, waive fourth amendment
rights and 12 months probation.
•Alejandro Hernandez
Morales, obstruction, 11 months
and 29 days confinement.
•V. Uliver D. Rodriguez, traf
ficking marijuana, six years con
finement, $5,000 fine, $5,000 res
titution, waive fourth amendment
rights and banished from Georgia
except for Richmond County.
