dow and door frames for a new Jail for
said comity.
We will receive sealed proporsals at
the office of Board of Commissioners of
Ronds and Revenues in Cleveland, On.,,
until 10 o'clock a.m.. June the 20th,1900,
for the hliilding of a new Jail 34 feet wide
and 3t> feet long with a 7 foot hall, the
foundation to lie of stone two feet and
ten inches high, and twenty inches thick
laid in cement, two feet of which shall lie
under the ground and ten inches thereof
above at the lowest point. The building
to be t wo stories high, to be built of fhsl
clnss briek. commencing on said wall and
full sitxeen inches thick. The walls of the
first story to be ten feet between the floor
atul shall ceiling. be On each side of said hall there
two rooms equally divided by a
twelve inch briek wall with a chimney
and fire-place in each room. There shall
be placed eight window-frames out, of
eight good heart lights pine so inches, as to receive sash of
12*20 two windows
to each room. There shall be stone sills

i and ten inches wide, nicely dressed

sills 4x12 inches, nicely dressed. The
five inside door frames shall be 2 feet 10

The walls of the second story are to be
nine Feet high between the floor and ceil¬
ing and twelve inches thick, and of well
burnt first-class brick. In this story
there shall be pieced twelve window
frames the same size and same character
of material as those in lower story. In

1. That they desire for themselves,

to become incorporated under the name
and style of the "Cleveland and Cornelia
Telephone The. Company,”
2. term for which petitioners ask to
he incorporated is twenty years with the
privilege of renewal at the end of that
time.
3. The Capital stock of the Corporation
is to be Two Hundred Dollars divided
into shares of ten dollars each. Peti¬
tioners however ask the privilege of in¬
creasing said capita! stock from time to
time, not to exceed in the aggregate the

construct, maintain and operate a Tele¬
phone line from Cornelia, in Habersham
County, along the pilplic highway by G.
B. Irvin's store in White County, thence
by J. If. Stovall’s store, thence to Cleve¬

Griddle’s ford in Lumpkin county, and
