Church News
It is difficult indeed for us to put our thoughts into words, but
we are very much appreciative of your kind and helpful words,
deeds and gestures at this time of great loss in our lives.
Your many acts of kindness were not only a comfort, but a
source of strength for our family. We are deeply grateful for the
sympathy you have extended.
The family of Sara M. Cook

The beginning of strife
Sifiqp Cswiifiginiitbini Ik feTEbsks
When you are in a tense situation and an argument is
about to erupt, do you try to play peacemaker, or do
you add more fuel to the fire? Have you ever stopped
to consider that contention is like a dripping faucet?
If not stopped, it will grow worse and eventually turn
into full-blown strife. Those who choose to live
wisely must realize the value of putting a stop to
contention before it gets out of hand. If they don’t
practice this truth, they will see drops of contention
turn into floods of strife.
is as when one letteth out water: therefore leave off contention, before it be meddled with.
