Postmaster Ed Puett has
received a comm unication
from Fourth Assistant Post
master General DeGraw, re
questing that owners of rural
delivery mail boxes paint them
white, in order that they might
be more conspicuous, giving
all boxes a uniform color, and
fixing their identity as United
States mail boxes. A request
was also made on the road au

Fansy as he was commonly called
was born March the Ist 1890, and pro

of eleven years old, and shortly after
wards attached himself to the Baptist
church, and lived a very quiet and or

been a sufferer for three years of that
dreaded disease consumption, but when
all the skill of the best physicians and
the tender care that could be bestowed
by tender hands and loving hearts, was

About ten days before his death, he

he felt that lie had done so little for
his blessed redeemer, and as he him

dutiful as he should, he* felt that he
was an heir of God, at all he was the
least of all, beingburdened so much he
sent a message for Rev. C. A. Wallace,
before Bro. Wallace reached his bed,

mortal man can be, and praising God
instead of asking the preaehi r to pray
for him, the first request was to talk to
Bro Wallace and he remained happy

Oh! Glory to God I’m nearing home.
That blessed home so freely given,
I’m ready to go, the way is clear,
There’s nothing between my soul and
heaven
My loved one’s come near and bid
me good-bye.
You know I’v.e often prayed for you

Oh meet me up here in heaven’2 fair
