desire to bo incorporated under tho laws of
Georgia, in such oases made ami providod, and
be made a laxly corporate and politic, under
the name and stylo of tho “Brunswick Stowngo
and Export Company,” and under such title and

right to said corporation to establish branch of
fices at any other point in the State of Georgia,

hundred thousand dollars, divided into one thou
sand shares of one hundred dollars each, with
a privilege to receive part or full puyment for

its stock, to increvso said capital stock to any

To the Superior court of said county*—
The petition of Henry Lange, of the city, coun
ty and Mate of New York, ami ,1. ». Thomas, J.
8. Coles. Jr. C. Downing, Jr., and W. K. Bur
bage, all of Glynn county Ga., respectfully shows
that petitioners with their associates, desire to
lx? incorporated, and lx? made a body corporate
and nolitio, under the laws of the State of Geor
gia, in such cases made and provided under the
name and style of the “Pioneer Compress and
Warehouse Company,” ami under such name
and stylo to carry on,
First. Tho business of erecting and maintain
ing and operating or leasing one or more com
presses for tho compressing of cotton.
Second, The business of receiving and storing
cotton and compressing the same, and receiving
therefor such charges and tolls as may be, by it
established.
Third, With the uower to purclmso or lease
real estate, and to erect and maintain thereon
wharves, warehouses ami cotton compresses.,
Fourth, With tho power to said corporation to
borrow money upon its corporate property and
secure the same by bond, mortgage, or deed of
trust.
Fifth. With the right in addition to said stor
age and compressing business to make advances
and loan (money upon consignment of cotton or
other lawful merchandise, ami also to cary on a
general commision business.
Tho chief ofllce of said corporation shall be in
Bruuswick, Glynn county Ga., where the busi
ness of said corporation is to bo mainly carried
on, but with a right to said corporation* to estab

porate business at any point which may be
deemed proper or desirable, and at such points
to make contracts ih the course of its corporate
