The Tariff and the Trusts.

I reaffirm my previously and pub

Urn greatest service to the people o>
this section of the country has been
the rural free delivery system, and I
favor, and should I be your represent

Rural Credits or Land Banks.
1 favor the establishment of land
banka or a system of Rural Credits;
that Is, a system of Government
hanks which will loan to the farmer
on the security of Ills land a certain
per rent of Its value al a living rate
of Interest on long time, so as to
enable the man of huiiill means to own
his farm and operate It himself. This
system of rural credit* has proven to
tie of great advantage In other conn

Interests everywhere It has been
tried.
Economical Expenditures.
