CHICAGO GRAIN MARKET
Chicago, III*. —Unfavorable weather
northwest gaye a lift today to the price
of wheat. Snow and freezing tempera
ture in that direction were taken to
mean further delay where Beedtng had
been backward. Higher cables count
ed also against the bears. There was
free selling, however on the bulge. Prices
started 1-8 to S-Bal-2 higher but after- I
ward reacted to a considerable extent.
Estimates that storms in Argentina
had resulted In a loss of more than
forty million bushels made the corn
market firm. Shorts here covered with
a good deal of vigor. Opening prices
were a shade to 1-2 higher and there
was some additional gain but not all ol
the advancewa s held.
Oats proved relatively weak. The mar
ket sympathized at first with corn
strength but soon gave way under com
mission house selling.
Declining prices for hogs carried down
provisions. Initial sales varied from
2 l-2a5 to 7 1-2 lower and a subsequent
rally faled to hold.

"Over the eastern portions of the cot

Temperatures were moderate, but heavy

About Rheumatism.
People are learning that It is only
a waste of time and money to take
medicine internally for chronic and
muscular rheumatism, and about nine
tv-hine out of a hundred cases are
one or the other of these varieties.
Ali that is really necessary to afford
relief is to apply Chamberlain's Lini
ment freely. Mrs. H. Miller, Logana
poift, Ind.. writes: “I have used Cham

and it always gives relief.” For sale
