Macon.—After Bowden had fanned
three times and popped out to third
baseman In yesterday's game he made
the hit In the ninth Inning with two
outs and a runner on third that won
the game for Macon from Columbus
by 3 to 2. Firestine featured with the
bat, getting three singles and walking
once. The game was slow on account
of rain.
