FORGER ARRESTED
IN STATESBORO
STATESBORO, Ga.—Charles Wells,
alias J. K. Foster of Augusta was ar
retted here for alleged forgery of the
name of W. S. Pretorlous to a check
of SSOO. The man was arrested in
, the bank by the sheriff as he pre
jsented the cheeks The officer had
been warned. Foster alleged to have
tried Jo get O. W. Stone of Statesbo
ro Into a forgery plan with him.

but a J. F. Foster lives at 413 Carter's
