I.
That your Petitioners for them¬
selves and such other persons as
they may hereafter associate with
them, desire to be incorporated
under the corporate name and
style of The Railway Construction
Company of Georgia.
II.
The capital stock of said cor
poration to be Ten thousand dol¬
lars ($10,000.00) to he divided in
to one hundred shares of the par
value of one hundred dollars
($100,00) each, with the privilege
of increasing said capitol stock at
any time upon a vote of two
thirds of the original stock to any
amount not exceeding fifty thous¬
and dollars ($50,000.00). Any of
the capital stock to be issued, to
be paid for by the person subscrib¬
ing for the same, either iu cash or
in property veal or personal, in
amount at its fuir market value,
equal to the amount of stock at
par so being paid for.

A* least ten percent (10%) of
the capital stock is now subscrib.
