The following settlement was allowed with H. W. Harris, tax collec¬
tor for the year 1900. <■ , made
t Upon examining the Hat of Insolvent, tax pe vets out from
fi-fas returned nuila bona, errors in digest and list of defaulte s reliev¬
ed, submitted by H, W. Harris tax collector of suid county for the
year 1900 And it appearing that the same e correct and true. It is
therefore ordered that the said H. Vv . Harris tux collector as afore¬
said, be and he is hereby allowed the following sum's as insolvent list,

Reviewers, duly appointed to l’ay off and mark a contemplated change
in the Jesup and Staffords Ferry public road, and tbe Jesup Tillman's
p errv p^b ic road -o as to intersect with Cherry street in s»id town of
Jet.up, and run straight from said street to opposite the Coal chute,
the Southern Railroad, and‘thence parallel with said Southern
Railroad to opposite the old commissary at the Dukes *4d stilt site
an d tbeuce to intersect with thp old road between said commissary.

bills for the erection of a public
bridge to be built across Little
SatiHu Creek on the Darien and
Holmesviiie public road near the
residence of Mrs. A. R. Roberson.
Said bridge f be v huiit upon a

n.ud-sill •foundation, Extreme
length of bridge to he 370 feet,
height to he determined by loca¬
tion of ground, all material must
be of the best heart cypress or fat
lightwood or the very best green
heart pine.
Said bridge must be built in
strict conformity to the plan and
specification of same now of file
in this oilice. All bids received
will be opened and considered at
10 o‘elcck a. m. Tuesday June the
11th. 1901.
Contractor required to furnish
nil material and give the required
bond. The hoard of commission¬
ers reserves the right to rejact any
and’all bids.
