Martin and others have made their applica tion to this court, praying an order granting Ihe establishment of a change of the public road, known as the Egypt road, commencing at the North end of the lane running with the North and South land line between John T, Martin' A, M, Ta tum and I. C. Paris, said change runiag due North from said lane upon the land of said Martin par allel with the North ar.d South land line of said Martin and Paris intersecting at Gnardenhire Ferry Road at the Baptist church in the 1089 Dist. G. M., said county. And whereas, Commissioners apponted for that purpose have reviewed and marked out said change of Road | will be of pupiic utility and con venience, now this is to cite all persons that on and after the first Monday in Nov. 1888 said change of roau will be granted if no good cause is shown to the contrary, Given under ray hand and seal.
