E. 8 degrees 50 rods, thence West 14 rods, thence S. \V. 15 de gress 110 rods, and thence East 203 rods on said railroad. On said land there is a fine stone,two story 1 mansion having some eight rooms, hard finished within, arid a large barn and other buildings.
