Tallaposa has a bright future. It
is surrounded by some very fine
farming lands ; and we notice that
the merchants scll a good many
goods to the farmers of Ala,

wood school. Prof. G. Q. Smith
has charge of the school, assisted
by Mrs. T. H. Higdon. Prof. Smith

in this Stats shall be paid as follows, to
wit: Forahe time of actual attendance
upon the conrt, whether they he sworn
