Prof. Joe W. Kelley closed out his

The Liquor is Bad.

Tlie Haralson County Teacher’s Institute.
The school teachers of Haralson county
met pursuant to a call of the C. S.*C. Sept.
19th, 1891. And organized an Institute
to ho known as the Haralson County
Teacher’s Institute.
The Haralson County board of educa¬
tion and Clerk (Superior court were elec¬
ted honorary members of the body.
The Institute will meet again on Satur¬
day Lefoie the third Sunday in Oct.
