Bridal Couple go to Their Fu
ture Home Thia Afternoon.
This afternoon at 8 ;80. Dr. Hen
ry Turner and Misa Berta Cross
were married at the residence of
th<* bride’s parents, Mr. and Mr.
R. G. Cross, on East Third street,
Dr. Headden ofllc ating.
The wedding was a quiet home
affair and only the relatives and
a few friends were present.
Dr. Turner is a prominent
young physician of Floyd county,
Miss Cross is a talented youi g
lady and is exceedingly popular.
After the beautiful and impres
sive ceremony the happy young
couple r> muined at the brides
home receiving the hearty congrat
ulations and well wishes of a host
of admirii g friends. During these
nappy moments refreshments
were served and all went merry
as a marriage bell
Later the proud voung busband
conducted his bride to their futur
home, the Turner plantation do w
the Coosa river.
