line of the Cadets and Guards,

kin, will be in the parade,
mounted.
This will be an inovation and
will add much to the imposing
appearance of the line of march,
With these three military organ
izations in the procession and
the column, swelled by the num
erous civic bodies, including, of
course, the public schools, Rome
may anticipate with pleasure
the display,
The orator of the day CoL W.
S. McHenry, will undoubted
rise to the emergency and prove
a speaker worthy the occasion.
