Middleboro, Mass., Sept. 19. —
The iuppoted victim of the Bridge

Orace Perkins, arrived at her home
this afternoon in perfect health,
to the great joy of the family and
the unbounded astonishment of
the entire community.
Her father was not in town, for

Bridgeport with the gruesome re

and wag accompanied by her lover
Charleg Bourne, and at first it was
•tated that the couple had been
’’Otrried. Thia was afterwards de
uiied by young Bourne’s uncle.
Just across the street from the

the reqneat of the nncle of Miss

had even gone so far that the

The news that Mhs Perkins had
returned to her home in Middle
boro was received with incredulity
at first, so general was the belief
that the idenity of the body had
been established. That no douht
existed in the minds of the of
ficials as to the identification is
apparent from the fact that the
death certificate has teen filed and
everything official in connection
with the death of “Marian Grace
Perkins” has been complied with.
