in al l that portion of the city of
Rome within the following bound
aries, viz ;
Ail that portion ot the city south
of the crossing in front ot Henry
A. Smith’s book store and along
Fourth avenue to Fast Third
street to Second avenue; thence
down Second avenue to East Rome
bridge ; thence down Etowah and
up Oostanaula river back to Fourth
avenue.
All persons violating thia order
will be dealt with to the extent of
the law.
