ever, they left together for San Fran
cisco. and I have since been told that
they were madly in love wuth each
• other. Despite my efforts I can find
no clew as to their whereabouts, and
the horible fact that neither of them
can realize their fearful position al
most drives me mad.

7. We favor a reduction of the
street tax to $2 00. Where money
curt be paid I favor three days
in lieu of 15 days as it now stands.

expenses ought to be reduced,
