Congressman W. L. Wilson was this
afternoon eonveyed in a cnrri»g« to
the ranch of ex-Coi gressman Ben
Cible, eight miles south of the city,
Mr. Cable came in and met Mr. Wi -
so) , Dr. Underwood, of the City of

Mr V i . >n, accompanied him to the
ranch. The doctor stated that Mr.
Wilson is gaining strength very rap
pidly, and if the weather remains fa
vorable he will be able to take a great
deal of outdoor exercise during the
next ten days Mr. Wilson will return
to San Antonio Thursday and remain
here until his health is completely
restored. His son left today for
Rockport on the gulf coast, to enjoy
a few days fishing. Mrs. Wilson and
daughter have left far home. Con

The screams of the children broaght

ing hay and her body could not be
reached until the fire was extinguish
ed, when it was taken out by the tire

onto the plan to rob the dopot. A
boy named Williams was also ar
rested alon with Youngblood and
Carter. Chief Ewing recovered
$lB9 worth of cutlery which was
stolen from a hardware store l«st
week. The cutlery waa found
wrapped up in an old rubber coat
on an island in Pearl river. Ti e

have a preliminary trial tomorrow
before Police Justice Lewis.
