bad habits that are so prevalents
among the most gifted young men

like saying that Floyd county has
a very strong representation in the
present house Major Fouche, Capt.
Reese and “Mr. Wright” made a
team that any county might well
feel proud of. By their couslitu
ants, when not at the capital they
can be found, major Fouche and
Mr. Wright at the Kimball and
Capt Reese at the Markham.
