THE GREAT JANE.
Tomorrow Night will be the Great
Comedy Eventlof the Session.
Tomorrow night at Nevin’s op*
era house “Jane” —one of the
greatest comedy success of the last
ten years, will be seen. It is bright,
•parkling and the fun is fast and
furious. While it bubbles over
with wholesome wit, vulgarisms
are not permitted to creep in, and
the play will please the most fas
tidious.
“Jane” has an ingenious plot,
A young man in order to keep his
income and favor with his rich
uncle, must marry at a certain
time. When his time is up he is
a quandary. But he finally per
suades the housemaid, Jane, to act
as his wife during his uncle’s vis
it, Then the fun commences in
earnest.
The box sheet is at Yeirer’s and
the society people are all securii g
seats, and a large and fashionable
audience is sure to greet this most
excellent company. Secure your
seats at once.
AT THE THEATER -
A Large Audience out see the!
Comedy Si Perkins
A large audiAnce went to Nevin’s
Opera House last night to see the
comedy drama Si Perkins In fact
the gallery became so crowded that
many of the whites were allowed to
go down stairs.
Si Perkins hasn't much plot just
enough to place around it plenty
>f fun and specialties. About the
best features of the show was the
orchestra, which they carried with
them.
Si, as the agent for the “Agita
tor” was good as was the Irish
character.
Took to the Platform.
Loveland, Ohio, Nov. 27-—Ns»
SO East bound stock train had a
-vreck in Loveland just opposite
the B. and O. Depot, this after
noon . A coal car with a fiat wheel
climbed the rail and dragged about
50 yards, sp 1 ing coal all over the
depot platform. Trains were delay
il for about two hours and the
road crossings blocked. No one was
hurt.
