his home he was run down by a
trolley car. His head was crushed
by the wheels and he died instant
ly. The body was carried home.

day of January, 1895, an election will be held at
all the toting-precincts within the limits of
said county, to determine the question whether
coupon bonds to the amount of Forty Thousand
$40,000) Dollars shall be issued by Floyd connty
for the purpose of paying the floating indebted
