was arrestel at Corsicana this
morning by Sheriff Weaver, and
is in jail. Weaver says that Evans

acknowledged being one of the men
who robbed the Texas and Pacific
train at Mary’s Creek, Thursday
night. Evans made the conf-ssion
under the promise that he wo ild
not be prosecuted. The other two
mon whome Evans implicated were
arres'ed ‘tonight at their homes,
