Melvin B. Church to-day began a
$1,000,000 damage suit against
the Anti-Kalsomine Company,
otherwise known as the Plaster
Trust Mr. Church several years
ago turned over his wall-patents
and plaster properties to the Trust
for preparation. Recently began
suit for $250,000, claiming tbe
Trust bad not accounted to him
property and b d withheld profits.
His suit to-day is based, the bill
av> re, on discoveries of further ir
regularities.

home of bis sweetheart, near Clu
nette, last night. Ho resisted,

His is charged with bigamy at
Jacksen, Mich It ie alleged
that he has four wiv's in that
