Company has resumed the payment
of dividends on its stock, declaring
a dividend of §1.25 a gshare. The last

Rochester, N. Y.—Miss Florence
Bishop, (0 years old, formerly a pop
ular actress, was found burned to
death in the rear of a smoke-house
at the home of her employer, W, A.
Haviland, near Lockport., It is sus
pected that she may have committed
guicide.

slonary of this city, on November G.

Dawson, Ga~—Mrs, L. J, AtKkinson,
Indicted for the murder of William
Glaze ¢n August 30 of this year at
the home of her husband at Chick:
asawhatchee, five miles south of Daw:
son, has been found not guilty by a
jury. Mr. Glaze was a brother-in-law
of Mrs. Atkinson and boarded at the
Atkinson home, where, it was alleged.
Mre. Atkinson administered to him
strychnine in coffee with the intenticn
of murder.
